Our subscription was thought to simplify your life as parent. It is 100% flexible, without hidden fees & without commitment.

You can modify your next delivery and the delivery frequency at any time. You can also skip any delivery. You pay only when a parcel is shipped.

You can also cancel the subscription at any time without any fees. And you can resume it as you wish.

HOW IT WORKS?

It works the same as if you ordered a new pair every 6 months or so, except that you don't need to think about doing it and don't even need to do it.

The delivery is automatic. Every 6 months, 12 months, or at any other frequency that you set in your account, you will receive a pair in the next larger size.

You can choose between 3 plans the one that suits you best.

LARGER SIZE DEAL

The choice for families with a single kid.

2 pairs every 12 or 18 months (or any other frequency that you can set in your customer account).

Every shipment contains the size that fits your kid feet & the next larger size.

For instance, you order size EU24 & EU25 together. 12 or 18 months later, you receive the sizes EU26 & EU27.

You optimise shipments, save costs and you get the next larger size at hands whenever your kids feet needs more space in his shoes!

F.A.Q.

How and when can I modify my subscription?

To change your subscription, go to your Customer Account.

You can change the following at any time and at no extra cost:

  • The size and color of your shoe
  • Your payment method (to change your credit card, for example)
  • The delivery frequency
  • The date of the next shipment
  • The delivery location

Changes can be made at any time. We will send you an email 1 month and 1 week before your order is prepared to give you time to make any changes. If you do not make any changes, your order will be based on the previous shipment. If you make changes after your order has been prepared, they will be applied to the next delivery.

When will I be charged? Can I change my payment method?

You will be charged on the date your order is prepared, so it depends on the shipping frequency you have chosen. By default, shipments/charges are made every 30 days.

If you want to change your payment method or if your current credit card is no longer valid, you can change it directly from your Customer Area.

How to cancel, skip or re-activate my subscription?

Our subscription is non-binding! You can cancel it (temporarily or permanently) or reactivate it at any time from your Customer Area, free of charge.

Ps: If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to do this for each one.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Of course. For instance, you can have a subscription for our Go Skid Winter and another one for our all-year round sneaker Go Skid.

If you have a large family, check out our "Family Deal" subscription.

I ordered a new subscription but I want to return my product?

You can return the shoe and choose for a reimbursement and cancel your subscription or a free-exchange. Just drop us an e-mail at info@airkeads.com

Do you offer free trial ?

No free trial, but we do have a 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy for anything, for any reason, we'll refund your money.
