Who we are

As a dad, I noticed that my nephews and my son were dragging their feet on the ground to control their balance bike. I then looked for a shoe that could endure such usage but could not find any. Instead, I realised that other parents had the same issue with kids using scooters or simply playing outside.

So, I decided to tackle the problem by designing a shoe that could endure kids daily activities. In particular, kids using scooters, balance bike and other wheeled-toys.

Born in the Swiss alps, Airkeads is also supported by Alexandra, our 2 boys, Noa & Tom, and Virginie their grandmother. We are fully committed to offer kids the nicest looking durable shoe.
